Box affecting cruise control???
With my Edge EZ on #4, my cruise control constantly surges unless I'm doing over 115 kmh. If I turn it down to #2, it seems to lessen the problem. Even towing heavy it does it too. Never really noticed until I put in bigger injectors but can't be sure. Do you think it's a fuelling issue? Or has my 270,000 km truck worn a slight groove into the TPS as I've seen happen on gassers?

It's a common issue with these boxes. The throttle becomes very sensitive and the cruise control doesn't have the resolution for dampening the sensitivity.
Mine does with the EZ but doesn't with the SMARTY.
