Boost #'s W/banks Same As Stock

Is this normal? My truck, when it only had air and exhaust mods maxed out @ 25 psi. I now have the banks six gun and speed loader and I still only see 25 psi max, no matter what level 1-6, 25 psi is it. I thought more fuel meant more boost? I thought I saw 27-30 psi coming from someone else w/ the banks set up, I think w/ the Big Head and propane?? What is the better investment, propane should raise the boost due to fueling/more exhaust? The Big Head keeps the wastegate closed longer due to a stiffer spring, this will raise the boost. Will the ECM/Banks be able to match the boost w/ fuel? I guess what I'm getting at is what is the next mod needed for maximum gains in usable boost??

Get the Big head actuator. I was only seeing the 24-25psi of boost after I put the six gun and spd loader on while I was waiting for the big head to arrive. After I put it on, I can hit right at 32psi at WOT. Little hint of advice with the actuator... 1- it doesn't come with instructions so here's the hint....get an air pump, any little electric pump will do.... fit the actuator on the wastegate pin, remove and turn 6 full turns in....then apply air to the actuator...this pushes out the rod to connect to wastegate....figured this one out after 2 hrs under truck....duh????????? You'll see more power once actuator is in..

Ramasaur, thanks alot for the info, I'm placing the big head on order asap. I'm sure your instructions will be more clear once I get my hands on the part.
Thanks!
