boost fool/controller
boost fool/controller
Ok, I'm a little fuzzy on exactly how I should attack the whole maximizing boost thing. I'm reading around and everything seems to be a bit over my head. What I want to do is build my own boost controller with a gauge. I still have the stock he341 and will eventually go to the he351. I'm running a triple dog on crazy larry right now, but no boost foolers.
1. anyone have a good homemade boost controller for the he341?
2. what fears should I have of killing the turbo?
thanks

Your over thinking this...
First install a Boost Gauge.
Then put a clamp on the small hose thats on the Turbo, this should bring you up to about 35 psi or so... Any higher then that starts to be hard on the Turbo...
or you can buy or make an adjustable Boost Elbow...
