Just installed the juice attituce on my 03. The manual says the elbow can be installed but the box wil perform the same? Anybody installed the elbow and is there a difference in power, smoothness,EGT?

I've seen 26 psi on my stock turbo with this box. I know more boost doesn't always equate to more power but if the elbow does help in performace I will install it. Just wonder why they would include it and say you can go either way.

 

My 03 had an EZ and I also had guages. Having said that I will tell you that using the elbow with the EZ isn't the way to go. My EGT's were higher with it than without the elbow. The turbo is pushed beyond it's ability to move the air the way it was designed.
