Ok, I bought an Edge EZ on Ebay and it didn't come with the Boost Elbow so I ordered one from TST. I installed the elbow last night and now my Boost PSI from the stock turbo is maxing out at 29-30psi, whereas before it was at the stock level of 20psi max. Do ya'll think that is safe and or good?

Also, just out of curiosity, what is the highest psi you can get out of the stock turbo without straining it too hard and getting hot air?

 

29-30 should be safe and good. Others have been able to get a few more that way too. As far as how much, there have been a few different numbers thrown around here as to where the point is the turbo is overspooling and inefficient. The most common opinion is anything over 34 is no good. I think.
