I'm looking at the guys saying they have had their read 11.5"s fail (in this thread) and common denominator seems to be the 2006 model year. Unless I missed something.

Lost a bearing in my 05 at 130k. No obvious reason other than cheap bearings that I can see. Not impressed with the parts inside these units.

36K hard miles on mine. Hope she holds out for a while longer.

I have yet to have a Chevy or Dodge 11.5 AAM diff. in the shop for work.

Plenty of Ford 10.5's though.
