Which is best to stack with Smarty

Wanting to stack the Smarty. Heard guys do the Quadzilla XZT or race box. Or the TST R-49. Not to sure, just wanted to see some input. Also I was thinking about the II SPS6280, just wondering how that woeks, I do pull a bit sometimes. I there is any input, that would be great. Thanks.

i have the smarty and stack it with the quad race. they work very well together.
i also have the II 6280, also known as the SPS62/14. i tow with it. it dropped my towing egt's 250*. it pulls great to high rpm. is good on the dyno, supports over 500hp. is pretty driveable, not much more lag than stock.
i am pleased with the purchase.

thanks, you can still pull with the quad race in the truck, because the odd time I am neer 12,000 - 16,000 lbs.( the odd time).

i pull with the quad on 100, or just the smarty on 2. no issues.
that turbo helps to get the egt's down. they will still creep up if at elevation, but it takes much longer to get there. down here below 500', i cant get over 1250 towing.

I run the tst R37 with the smarty. I run the smarty on high settings and the tst on lower ones. I have never ran any quadzilla boxes to say how they do. if you plan to go far with mods the tst would be a good choice. the is a ton of adjustability that makes the tst a very strong box

I should take some pics for you of what this aurora will roll out on my truck. I was going to over the weekend, didnt get around to it. I still may add an mp8 into the mix.

I've been thinking of getting a Smarty and taking off my Edge Juice. Here's a stupid question for you guys...
What does the Smarty not have making it necessary to stack something else with it? Is it insufficient on the low end? Top end? It is timing/duration only and need pressure? Thanks...

i stack with the smarty for the adjustability. i do not run the smarty at 8(no timing) all the time. but if I'm on 5, and want to play without having to pull over and load another sw, i just turn the quad dial, and go to town.
the non beta versions of smarty dont add pressure, so a simple pressure box does help out in the power dept, if you have the fuel mods to cope with the increased pressure/volume.

So stacking the Smarty on odd numbers with the Quad isn't too much timing?

It sounds like a lot of people are running added timing from both with the Smarty/TST stack too. The thought of too much timing scares me. I know most people get the rattle with too much, but then you hear about the oddball case where it silently melts a piston or two.

nope, i only stack with even numbers, hence the #8sw i run.
unless you send the quad in to get timing removed, you will have too much timing, which raises cylinder temp and pressure, which will burn pistons, and pop hD gaskets.
