Just ordered a heavier flex plate, now looking for a input shaft...

Who has the best price on a 48RE billet input shaft? Best I have found so far is e-bay $575, any better deal out there?

I've had my DTT rebuild for 2-3 years now and it still shifts as smooth (and firm) as the day I got it, even after running the hell out of it; so I would throw their name in the hat.

To be honest, I wouldn't be looking for cheapest; rather than who makes the best for the money. Especially if you're stomping on the skinny pedal with extra horsepower.

I have only a rudimentary understanding of transmissions, but I believe that is one of the parts that if fails; has the potential to take out other parts of the transmission.
