also do you have to get re-alingment after im done??

I have bags on the rear and a leveling kit on the front. After the leveling kit i didnt even change my shocks, not even an alignment and im running 35's. It went down the road perfect, and the tires are wearing perfect so im not going to mess with it. I wouldnt trust a poly kit, it go with steal. Mine were about 70 or so from Revtek.com and it rode the same as before. Looks alot better, make sure to get some bigger tires, with stockers it kinda looks goofy.

I also have a Revtek cast aluminum kit. It is a nice kit.
Yes, you need to get an alignment after you install the spacers.
You may also have some front end wobble after installing the kit and putting on larger, more aggressive tires.

I have this kit and so far im very happy with it. Drives the same as before. I did have my front end realigned but it really didn't need it.

I also have the 2" HBS kit with Bilsteins. My truck rode fine before the alignment, but the toe was out quite a bit. When you lift the truck that much, you really need an alignment. If for no other reason than to put some more caster in it. My tires were wearing good too, but after the alignment, the steering effort was reduced even after adding caster.
Leveling spacers like the Hell Bent Steel kit are cheap, but I recommend a coil spring setup, such as KORE's or Lorenz's kits. The KORE kit runs $565, Lorenz's kit is $505.
I kind of like my leveling kit: Carli 2" springs and sway bar end links, King shocks valved by Don Thuren, and Thuren shock towers and track bar. Of course this will cost a bit more than a couple spacers...

The Jack it Premium kit is great http://www.jackit.com/dodge/dodge_leveling.htm
Steel spacers and the shocks are great.

Top Gun Customs screwed up their leveling kit for the Titan. They made it too tall and it caused the stock shocks to bottom all the time, quickly blowing them out. They didn't do their research and designed a one-size-fits-all kit for the different model trucks. Well, one size doesn't fit all. Now they now this but they still offer only one kit and claim it fits all. That makes me want to stay away from them.
Back to the Dodge. In my opinion 3" is too tall for the stock shocks and sway bar end links. If you go that route, in my opinion you should replace the shocks and end links. By the time you do this you could have done it right with a kit from Lorenz. But that's just my opinion. I like to do things the right way, not the cheap way. Good luck!
