BDTD questions...smoke and popping

first off...is it true that no matter what setting ( tow, perf., extreme) you have your outlook set to, the truck is only running on whatever program you dowloaded with the triple dog? second. with the outlook on extreme and the BDDL set to extreme, i get a muffled POP out of the exhaust if i go WOT...is this lack of fueling? second with the BDDL set to performance and the outlook on extreme i only get about a 6' puff of smoke if i step on it from almost a dead stop. if it has 10psi of boost or more i get NO smoke. i have a BHAF and 5" str8 pipe dumping out under the cab. im just curious as to weather i am not getting the full performance because of a lacking fuel system? am i not smoking because of the freeflowing intake and exhaust? truck runs fine, hauls butt when i step on it even with 3.73's and 37s. just curious if anyone else had either the popping or lack of smoke with this intake and exhaust. thanks

lack of fuel pressure. typically the popping is low rail pressure. i dont think just the bully dog alone could drain the rail on extreme with a good lift pump. i like fass but there are a bunch of options now on good pumps. these 3rd gens are picky they like there rail pressure. low rail pressure will cause alot of headaches when tuning these truck ask me how i know .

exactly my guess....drained fuel rails. Get a FASS or another aftermarket LP.

To blow the factory fuel filter cap off...

You need the whole system...bypass included.
