BDTD problem?

I have the triple dog with outlook monitor so I can defuel when egts get high, trans temp., boost, etc... but I am having a problem with my truck cutting out when accelerating WOT. Could this be my outlook defueling to cause such a miss and jump? I wounder this because it does it on performance and even more on the crazy larry setting. My rail pressure never drops below 16 or 17 thousand according to outlook but my EGTs peaked and 1341 and defuel is set at 1300. Any suggestions or comments, am I on the right track?

I thought maybe it was defueling but it is a miss and jump that almost throws you against the steering wheel. I also had it throw a code once the other day (p2509) but it hasnt done it again yet. I did find a loose positve battery cable.

set your defuel to 1500. you can peak that but dont hold it there for a long period of time. my dads mega cab sees 1700 peak alot and he has no problems

Watch your outlook when it happens. Can you see the power level on the left side go down? If so that's probably what is happening.

Where is your pyrometer probe located? Pre or Post Turbo?

Yes you can see the power level returning to stock and then when it cools down it will return to where you had it. Also it would help to have the version number off of it. That number is on the splash screen with the bullydog....3.something.
