Bddl Power Prgmr

How does it work? What does it trick. I am in the process of having my CP3 pump replaced again for fuel leakage and I suspect my VA3.1 pressure box had something to do with it. 2 pumps in 30k miles is not cool. But I love the extra kick in the pants. The VA will NOT be reinstalled so I was considering the BDDL.

The downloaders flash the ECM, reprogramming the electronic control functions such as Fueling, Timing etc....
