Lookin at the BD short shifter for my next mod, pretty sure I've got the nv5600 cause my reverse is to the right and up. However on the website it says its for the 03-04's. Can anyone clarify if this will fit my application?

 

It will work on your truck. I drove my friends truck with one and it was nice...Not 248 dollars nice, but nice.

 

This will definately work on your NV5600. It reduces the throw of the shifter over 20%. I find it makes the 5-4 downshift much easier to find as well.

just get a 5spd, no problems finding 4th!

 

Yeah, I got one and it works really good .... kinda spendy though.

 

ahh your shiftin gears all day, and its not fun with the stock gearbox. I think I'll have to buy one after my fuel pressure gauge comes from quadzilla!

 

its not worth the money if you get it and then 3 months later you break the threads off of it lucky i had my stock one not to far away
