Pm soulezoo he can tell you anything you need to know about stacking the 2. The Banks desn't play the best with others, but it does stack with the smarty.

If he doesn't have gauges I would keep it, otherwise the Smarty holds its own all the way. The Banks just doesnt compliment it very much, unless you keep it on the lower settings.

I have Banks w/Smarty and love it. Now that I have my new dd3250 clutch installed, level seven on Smarty and level 3 on Banks smokes my 36" tires at will. I towed my 14,000lb toyhauler to Pismo from Central Cali and averaged 12.8 mpg on said settings. I am very happy w/ performance and like the power PDA very much.

You might as well say Clinton and Obama!
Just speaking from how the companies make power.
Seriously though some people are runnin them without problems. But I would think the safety features on the Banks would be bad.

Those are fightin words right there.

The Smarty and Banks play very well together. If you do a search you will find more info and even some dyno results. I personally like the safety features of the Banks but have never pushed motor hard enough to ever need them. I am running the new Smarty software (virtually smokeless) and like it alot. The smoke was too much.

Whoa!! Slow down some... first realize I have an 04, you have an 07... results and settings will be different.

How did I like it? I thought it was really great until I got a little education and Smarty opened my eyes to what real power was like... so how do I like it now? You see it is disconnected.

Was it good? Yeah, for what it is-- it is ok. It doesn't really deliver that power they advertise (cause ya gotta get the big hoss system too, read the fine print about the "air improvements" needed)... but it is quality made and never gave any problems or codes. It is just that it is way too complicated to hook up and way too pricy for what you get.

Egts would get around 1300 with stock turbo... then it defuels as it is programmed to do.

Would it smoke? Never by itself... stacked with smarty beta 4.4 you bet!

Best overall setting for me was level 3 for mileage... 6 for power. Regardless of smarty or not.
