On the way home from work tonight I set it on 6 and went WOT. I got no smoke and it still would not go any higher than 800-850 at 100 MPH. I am not getiting this at all. I figured at 6 it would be smoking and or getting a much higher temp. ANYONE??

I never get the smoke either and i do like that. but as for the temps somthing does sound odd that seems to low. let us know what you find.

Banks Six Gun, Speed-Loader, Monster exhaust and DiPricol gauges installed today. Just starting to play around with levels. Full mash on level 6 generates ~ 23lbs of boost, 1100 degrees on unloaded truck at sea level. Pulls hard!

you can build more boost if you plug off the wast gate line but that is not advised I tried it once just to see what would happen and i pegged my guage at 35. But i was talking to one of the in structors at the diesel tech college and he tells me that anything over 30 is a waste anyway. with out the proper mods and fuel the engine can only use so much and and the rest is just a waste and can somtimes generate more heat I didnt have time to talk to him long but I will see him again. Ill have to tell you about the diesel motor blowing contest they have at the college every year it is pretty cool. I dont have to tell you which one is winning all the time, and what they do to these poor motors sorry i dont have time right know.

Call Car_nut57 for his prices. I bought my Six Gun, Speed Loader, Big Head actuator and DiPricol gauges from him. Great prices and quick shipping. He was even able to get the Big Head actuator shipped from Banks overnite for me.
