I just installed a banks high ram that i bought from a member on here and my first impressions are really good. It seems to spool the turbo a bit faster but not a ton of change there. The biggest change appeared to be the egt's. At wide open throttle I was only able to get egt's up to 1325 or 1350 max. That is on SW3, timing 3, torque 2, and wastegate off. The other day when I switched from SW9 to SW3 I took it for a spin and could hit 1450 before the high ram.

I honestly didn't expect much difference but if i can get 100 to 150 degree drop that will be fantastic. This was only about a 5 mile test drive and it is raining so I will report more when I have driven it some more. My main goal was to reduce egt's when towing since it seems I am always hitting close to 1500 on some steep hills. Hopefully this will help some.

 

Just wanted to add that this is the first Banks product I have tried and I am not trying to say Banks is great or anything. I think any of the intake horns that ore made well will do a much better job than stock after seeing how much the stock one necks down.
