Can the factory hitch be used with the Original rear bumper on an 06?

Yes sir, I've found it's much better to keep the factory hitch than try to make a bumper/hitch combo. The factory did a great job on these hitches IMO.

Will the bumper fit if you have a snow plow setup on the front of your truck?

We've sold a couple set up for plows. All it usually consists of is cutting a few slots in the bottom for the mounts - no big deal. Somebody posted a pic somewhere on another forum. I'll see if I can find it. PM me and we can discuss it further.
