average pyro temps
My x-monitor has been acting up. Over the weekend I was running at under 200 degrees while cruising in the freeway. I reset it and today it was showing about 450 on level freeway and neutral throttle. I think that now sounds close to the truth. That make sense?

Sounds about right. I run anywhere between 400 and 600 on the highway while cruising, and I can get up to 800-900 while up a hill and I have hit 1190 WOT. My truck is bone stock right now

My truck idles at over 200, so I'm sure that was a bad reading. 400 still sounds low, but anywhere from 450 to 600 is in the range of possiblity for cruising flat ground and reasonable speeds. Perfectly level gets me just under 600 degrees, whereas a slight uphill will see 800 and a slight downhill will see 400.
