Attn lifted truck owners
No drivability issues with my lift.
As far as rubbing, I rubbed control arms with 35 at stock height. After the lift no rubbing with 35s. If you are rubbing with 35 with a 2" kit. I wonder what the backspacing on your Ultra wheels are. Most of the time rubbing with 35s has to do with wheel backspacing, not lift.

Ive got a six inch suplerlift with the bilsteins and it rides great. Its been on my truck for over a year with no problems other than the recall on the pitman arm last year. Now i'm having some long arms built and am planning on adding a 3 inch spacer to the front with some bigger blocks in the back.
Thanks for all the replies.
I have been looking and reading and have decided to go with the 4 inch lift that Superlift offers. I think it will meet my needs and almost all writeups were praising the lift. I also have had good experience with a Superlift on my Jeep.

I am uncertain about lifting my 2003 quad cab. I recently put 35 inch open country a/t's and now have a slight rubbing issue. I now have a 2" leveling kit on the front, but it is just not cutting it.
Do any of you lifted truck owners regret adding a lift?? I have experience the dreaded death wobble and changed front end parts to "fix". Are there any driving issues as such with a lift?? What would you do differently if you could??
Looking to get a lift from Top Gun Customs. Checking out one of there Tough Country lifts with new front coils and lift block for the rear.
Thanks in advance for the replies

your sig only states the tyre size, not the width or rim specs. What was the width on the rim, width on the tire, and what about the backspacing on that Ultra rims? I've heard that with the right Backspacing, there should be not issues running 35" tyres.
I plan on installing the lift myself, so that is saving me coin.
Ordered a 4" Superlift from Top Gun Customz; TTD for $1084 shock incl.
Where/whats rubbing?
I tool mine hard around the ranch with nothing more then a 2 inch level, and 31'5s, I don't rub.
I am just thinking you may have a wheel offset problem a lift kit is not going to slove.

I started out with 35s on stock wheels, then went to aftermarket 17s that fit fine, then I decided to go with 35s on 20s. The 20s weren't the right offset and caused it to rub. Decided to lift it 5 inches instead of cutting. 35s now look too small. Ended up putting 37s on. Now tires rub again. Now I cut the fenders. Trucks too tall now so Amp Research power steps came next. Hitch is also too high. Had to buy a new drop hitch. I ended up spending several thousand more than I had planned but I am very happy now and would not go back to stock height. I have a rough country x-series and I love it. The only problem I had were the blocks weren't right, even though rough country said they were. Replaces front springs and the ride is great. Smoother than stock.
