Attitude and EZ Install
Attitude and EZ Install
I've had the Edge/Attitude on my truck for about 1 year. Yesterday I installed the EZ. I wasn't sure, since both the Attitude and EZ have MAP connections, which is the correct connection sequence. Does the EZ get plugged into the MAP sensor on the block and then the Attitude into the EZ OR the Attitude into the block and the EZ into the Attitude OR does it matter?
Also, I was given a brass elbow that's supposed to screw into the turbo. I don't see any directions for this elbow. Your thoughts?
Thanks,

I THINK that the EZ should get plugged in first then the Attitude. Not 100% sure on that - there are plenty of people on here with the Juice/EZ stack so hopefully one of them will chime in and say for sure. As for the elbow I think that was for prior model year trucks with a mechanical wastegate. The 06 have an electronic wastegate and the Juice will do boost fooling for you. So as far as I know you shouldn't need the elbow.
After emailing Edge Tech support and NOT getting a reply, I finally decided to call'em.
They say the juice goes into the sensor and then the ez into the juice. I can't remember how I hooked it up so I'll have to check. Anyway that's the correct order according to Edge

what order would you think when your using the ez with a quad boost fooler as they both also conn. to the map. also edge says the ez does no fooling? but when i add the ez to my ppe without the quad the boost goes up maybe 8 psi and when i add the quad then that much again, so from about 30 stock elct. wastgate to 38ish then 46-47 when the clutch will allow it! any one else see the ez do fooling edge said nope
