Failures are a part of the transmission business and how the company deals with it is probably more important than the transmission itself.
Policy or not Ats should at the very least review the transmission before they make an arbitrary decision.
ATS should reconsider there position.
A warranty issue on a 450hp truck with only 7000 miles is a no brainer.

I`ve had nothing but problems with my ATS tranny as well (I`ve posted here in the past about it , and was all but told there was to be NO "bashing" on this site , and to keep quiet
).
If I would have known their reputation with service AFTER the sale ...I NEVER would have gone with them

I`m just waiting to save up some more of my hard earned cash
