ats exhaust manifoild and arc flow intake manifoild. are there advantages to running these. does the exhaust manifoild really help and does the two give you a power increase. does it make your egts lower

 

the exhaust manifold is a good choice, but the arc flow is junk, keep your stock one you might loose power with the arc flow

 

i wouldnt say its junk. youll see more out of it with a modified truck compared to a stock truck.

 

the exhaust manifold is better than stock because it is thicker, and 2 pieces, which allows it to expand and contract with heat

i run an arc flow intake elbow on my 1999, and its quite handy, pre tapped for whatever future mods you may get.. Propane/Water Meth whatever you want.. i like it.. looks good too.. better than the banks one..

 

To say the arc flow intake is junk is ridiculous. I dont know who told you that but it is a great little part. It is pre tapped and it is a hella of a lot bigger than stock which equals more air. Its only 400 bucks. Great little part.
