reason i ask is i have searched and seems like everyone is installing a draw straw, but i also recall seeing that the 100 doesn't require a draw straw, just the 150 and above. looking for some clarification. and if it doesn't require installing a draw straw, why is everyone installing one?? i dont plan on exceeding my current hp level so i think the 100 will work just fine for my needs, but i cant find a clear answer.. and yes i read 53 *****'s install...(nice work) but did not find my answer

 

you can only install a 100 with the factory pickup if you have an engine mounted lift pump. If you have an in-tank lift pump, you must install a draw straw.
