i've seen it advertised in the "laguna speed" ads in diesel power. it says it adds 10% better MPG, power and everything, its a little red box that hooks up under ur hood somehow, aint looked into it much yet though.. it says its $199...

I haven't seen this myself so I guess I shouldn't really comment but by your description it sounds like another magnet on the fuel line trick to me. Or those "Tornado" things!
