Any alternator guru's? Need a "W" tach output terminal on my alternator...

Any alternator guru's? Need a "W" tach output terminal on my alternator...
Anyone know if a 3rd gen alternator already has a "W" terminal on the alternator? This "W" terminal provides a pulsed output that can be used for driving a tachometer. Some alternators come with them otherwise I've read you can have someone add one.

Don't believe so with our 3rd gens. Only showing three pins in the schematics. Output, Ground and ECM PWM control.

Could rig a external pickup on the harmonic balancer.
