Hey all, I went and jumped on the stack combo yesterday. I just couldn't hold out so I had to buy it. The question I have is to do with the stacker numbers. If you have the predator on the performance stacker tune and the puck on the 50 horse setting, how much overall h.p. & torque will this give you? Does anyone know where these numbers are listed for the different possible combos? I am using a lot of self control to wait and order gauges before I install these these things. I've took the new toys out of the box and looked at them 5000 times since yesterday just like a kid at Christmas. Thanks all

 

I don't know about the exact gains but the Non-Stacker tunes seem to give the best power. Guys with your mods are making about 430hp/825tq on the dyno. That's running the Extreme RKL Non-stack tune. The Performance non-stacker tune feels better than the performance stacker tune/Puck combo.
Be prepared that the unit for our trucks does not do most of the stuff they advertise. Mine gives the power and will clear codes. That's it! It won't read codes, it won't change tire size, and it won't do data logging. I got it for the power so I'm not too worried about those things but they do advertise it as having those options......

Yeah, it doesn't do Jack for us 06-07 owners....... Except give us a bit of extra power.....

 

Thanks guys for chiming in. One more thing, how do you know what software your tuner has in it? I am reading about a r16 tune that was supposed to have fixed a cruise surge? I would like to know if this thing already has that software, is there any way I can tell? I see a number on a little tag on the back will that tell me anything?

 

it should say it on the box or when u turn it on. if u have to update it just go to there site and down lod it. you have to find a 9 pin to 9 pin to update it and a power core. cant wait to get mine it will be here soon
