Just wondering if anyone has got the box that goes under the rear seats for their subs. If you did, where did you locate the amp? Seems like it might be tight under the seat...anyway, thanks for the help.

 

Mine is under the front driver's seat...



This big 4-channel amp clears even with the power seats in any position.

mine is under front passenger seat, air lines come and go under drivers seat taking that spot. rca lines go from dash to passenger doorfloor moulding to the amp, and then speaker wires run out and under passenger rear door to a box a lot like yours. power lines get to the amp from the other side of the truck not to have power and rca's in the same spot.

hmm...mine is behind the passenger rear seat. I just took the backseat out and cut away the carpet that lines that back panel and screwed the amp in place. just make sure you seal the holes with somethin so water does not get in

 

under the driver's seat. i have mine mounted so that the control panel faces the driver's door, for easy adjustments.

 

Driver's seat. I wanted it in the storage under the center console but it was getting too hot.

 

I removed the back seat and mounted my amps on the rear wall. They have never overheated. Two kicker 650sx amps fit nice.

 

I have both of my amps under the front seats, along with my capacitor and rca module for my navigation. plenty of room if you have the right sized amps.

 

Mine are behind the rear seat as well nice and clean install and don't have to worry about people in the back seat kickin snow / water on them.
