493hp/885tq on the dyno yesterday at the Claremont get-together. We had a great time, ate some good food prepared by a master chef , talked some smack, and rolled our trucks up on DavidTDs dyno. Dave was kind enough to give me a couple extra pulls trying to get over the 500hp hump but it wasn't happening. Best pulls were with the EZ on level 3 and the TST on 7/2. 5/4 seems to be the best setting for the HOs but my SO lost about 60hp going down to 5/4. The great thing is that I've been running around on 5/4 thinking my truck was tough and I never even thought about trying 7/2!! I have tried 7/6 and 7/7 but that drained the fuel rail quickly. Now I know where to put my settings next time someone wants to get squirrelly!!

 

Now you need a stage 2, a b2 and a little piping to complete the package.

Oh I forgot, you are finished.

 

Get a downloader on that thing and you'll break 500.
The 410's are also hurting you on the ole dyno.

 

Yup, the BDDL will probably help.....

 

Dzilla, a double shot of standyne and some heavy oil would get you over 500 .....you got sooooo close. I bet an MP8 over the EZ would get you there. A downloader would definitely give you the bump......how hot did you get and how high did the boost get? Did your wastegate get a work out?

 

I'm not sure about the temps and boost. I didn't ask David while he had it on the dyno. I have never seen higher than 1300 degrees or more than 42psi with my current setup though.
She'll make it over 500hp next time....
