AirDog 100

AirDog 100
I have a 2004 Dodge Ram Diesel with 92K miles. I installed an AirDog on the truck. The first 50 miles it was very quite when the key is turned on and the pump primed the system. You had to listen hard to hear it. After a 100 mile trip it was very loud when the key is turned on. They sent me a replacement pump and I had it installed by a professional. Same thing happened. The third pump I installed. I put on all new fittings. To insure it was not sucking air at the tank, I even took the line off the tank and put it in a 5 gal can. I ran 4 gal out of the can, but it is still loud when the key is turned on and the pumped primed the system. I feel sure it is not sucking air. The backflow line from the pump back to the tank is OK. It must be my truck, but I do not know what could be the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

No worries, mine is noisy also. I welcome the noise, because if I don't hear it for awhile, i know something aint right. Mine has performed flawlessly for over 10k miles now.
