I was thinking of purchasing a K&N air intake system because you get the kit and the tube all the way to the turbo for about $250 but I wanted the extra filtering so I was going to see if I could put an afe progaurd seven filter on it. I was wondering if anyone else has tried this or if it will even work. Any suggestions?

 

You could get a scotty air system for near that and they offer good filtration

Get the AFE Pro Guard 7 system to start with you'll be glad you did. Check out www.proguard7.com for tech info on the filter and why you do not want a 4 layer filter on a turbo diesel.
