aftermarket camshafts
What performance gains does replacing the stock cam shaft provide? Mainly what improvements in MPG.

mpg will depend on how you drive. What a cam helps with is spool up of the turbo! Help keep egt in check! And broaden the power band!
This will bring power in sooner and keep it longer in the rpm range.
