RBP.. Love it smoothed out the motor and did gain a little but honestly don't remember about a mile or so if i can remember to keep adding it!! I usually always dump a container in my 500 gallon tank!!

Stanadyne performance. No noticeable mileage increase, but it does idle a little smoother.

usually use Lucas but have not been on a trip long enough to see any mileage gains.

NONE after my recent Howe's fiasco...either going to sell it to somebody or send it back to them for the 1.5 times return or whatever it is that they offer if you're not pleased...

Lucas has been my selection. Don' see no gains, but my driving habits getting worse everyday, and I still see 580-640 miles per tank depending. Fuel filter has been staying clean, and I still get good, clean starts. (60,000miles odo)

About a month ago I got the first symptoms, changed the filter, quit the additive...problem fixed. Decided to start up with the additive again thinking the blue smoke/rough idle came from a dirty filter and it came back again.

Everybody always says to run the truck hard to clear things up...well, I added the Howe's a tank and a half ago, hooked up a 5k RV trailer and drove 3 hours to Indio, Ca. First redlight I had to stop at up there, the truck was idling rough again. Next morning, blue smoke/rough idle...drove it the 3 hours home, same thing. Got a new tank of fuel WITHOUT additive, blue smoke/rough idle gone again...and that was the last time Howe's goes in my truck.

I'm not trying to bash Howe's ya'll. I think that a LOT of people on here use it religiously and with good results...but my truck HATES it quite obviously.

Gotcha...I just don't want anybody to think that I am here to brand bash or anything. (Too many times have I seen other folks get mad and step up to defend something that they LOVE and somebody else had bad results with and a huge argument errupted, ya know?) That's the last thing that I want...just sharing my experience is all and I troubleshot my problems down to the additive.
