AD 100 vs AD 150

I have heard that the AD100 is much more easy to install than the AD150.......yes or no?

Does the install differ, on either, since my stock LP died and was replaced with the dealer installed in-tank retro fit kit?

Since you have the in-tank pump the install is going to be the same, you will have to run a draw straw.

With the AD100 you can use the stock pickup.. With the 150 you will need a drawstraw due to the pickup being too restrictive. Some guys on here have the drawstraw 1/4 tank prob so take your bed off to install in its natural location. Also cbrahs said something about augering a hole in the canister. That is what I plan to do when I find my next truck. First mod its getting is a AD150.

So on either kit I will need a draw straw......it just boils down to what gph rating I want, the 100 or the 150?

Since both are the same price, I may as well get the 150.

... not if he removes the pump from the canister.
If you draw from the canister you need to plumb the AD return into it though or you'll have problems when you get low on fuel.
