A5000 verses SilverBullet

I am looking at running a large single turbo, and I am down to either an A5000 or SB. I know the SB lights really well for what it is, but how does it compare to the A5?

I will start running it with a modded CP3 and 90hp injectors, then hope to go to twin cp3s and really large sticks. Also maybe one day throw a S4T underneath, I hear the SB/S4T is an AWSOME setup.

Thanks fellas!
Bodie

I don't know about a 66 Silverbullet in a twins setup... Maybe the Silver 62 but man that's alot of air with a 66. I think it would be laggy. I'm sure its an awesome setup once you get it spooled though!

As far as comparing either, I've had neither, so can't comment as to personal experience.

One thing to note though is that the A5K is not wastegated, so if your gonna throw big fuel at it that may become a problem.

Like durasnack knows, I am a different person, and I like to have something not many others have. I really like the SB and was content untill I saw the SB and A5 are about the same price.

As I sat at my comp I gave it the old "huummmmmmmmmmmmm"

You guys know what im talkin about!

Different is an under-statement, but in a positive way. Your (my old) FASS pump in your bed is a prime example. You are an innovator, never following the lead....well, except on your SouthBend and Smarty decisions jk Bodie

Been running an A5k for 2 years now and its still going strong. If I had it to do all over again I would buy the Aurora 5000 again in a heart beat.
