I have looked around, but no avail, 5" is the largest I have seen... Take a 7" bullhauler or similar and have a welder turn it into a turndown. That might be the closest you can get to what you are looking for.

Thanks for the help guys, and yes Pat, I am serious. I know I can buy a stack and get a reducer, but it will stick out further than the bedside. I only have about 11 inches to work with on my Magnaflow exhaust.
I have yet to see a 5-7" adapter. I know its not a catolog part for grand rock. I would have it custom made by a company that way it would be 1 clean piece all chrome. Thats how I order alot of custom 7-10" stacks.

im not so sure yet....i thought about a stack but i just dont see myself cutting a hole in the bed of my truck. so i think im gona go with 5" duals and not sure about the tips, i want 7" but dont know where to get em
