So with the ATS 2nd gen manifold it moves the turbo forward hence the 2nd gen down pipe right?

I didn't need anything except make a new downpipe. You can modify the existing parts like IC piping (shorter). I had to bend the 90deg end on the oil supply tube down a little because it was short and you have to cut and extend your drain tube with a piece of hose in the middle (braided stainless highly recommended). But other than that my air intake worked fine and I didn't need to buy anything except the drain hose.

I didn't take any pics when it was set up that way. What turbo do you have because I've read that some people have a problem with their wastegate is close to the shock tower with certain aftermarket chargers.

Im on my stock one for now and would be till i get a turbo, but if i do this modd i will go with a HTT 64 when its time to buy one that way when i upgrade to twins i already have the manifold and turbo for a 64/S480 setup!
So pritty much it will be the stocker for awhile.

Like I said I had an 62mm S300 when I did my swap. The only problem I could see using the stock turbo would maybe be the oil supply line. It is the only part that may not work, or it may work better with the stock one I don't know. Either way you can have one made at any hydraulic shop (i.e Parker store) while you wait and they're not too expensive. Just take the old one so they can see what ends you need. Also the reason I recommend braided stainless hose for the drain line is because I used regular rubber hose (like fuel line or radiator hose) first and it split and pumped all the oil out of my truck.
