I have a set of 17x10 mazzi hulk wheels with a offset of -25mm. Can I put them on my 06 3500 with a 2" leveling kit without rubbing issues?

 

Dont see why not.

You could always read the 100 or so other posts on this same topic by using the search feature.

I had 35's and no lift with no issues.

You may have very little rubbing occanisaly when you crank it all the way, but not enough to not do it.
