Question 35" hwy tires? What's out there...

I've looked around and didn't see much other than big rig rubber.

I'm looking for some 35's that are lighter than an AT or an MT. I want a taller tire for better proportion but also to effectively lower my overall gear ratio.

My largest problem is all the hwy tires are less than 33"

35" Tires

Have a look at the Yokohama Geolander AT/S, It's real quiet and has fantastic road manners. They're hands down the nicest tire I've ran so far.

I love my Toyo OC AT 325/70/17s, great ride and traction so far in just about anything.

I love the Toyo 325/70-17s also, but I wouldn't really call them a "highway" tire. I think jonesm8 is looking for something like the stock Michelins only 35" tall. If that's the case I don't know of any tires that tall for a 17" wheel unless its an offroad type tire.

Yeah, but our tires are the closest I can think of, in that size, thats a good onroad tire as well, no noise/vibration like some mudd terrains, etc

But im sure he will have a hard time finding a 35" true street only tire, I havent seen any in a 17" size...

That's what I was afraid of hearing. Oh well, guess I'll have to go with the Toyo OC A/T or M/T
