Yes, one that I know of, but he was melting motors before the header, and has prob, melted more of them thin anyone else in the country, Ryan Bean, @ Beans Diesel, has melted several. Ryan has a really nasty truck, and im sure with injector size, he has really tested the egt factor of this header. Other thin him, is a big NO!!!! I havent heard of anyone else..
