help have an spdiesel timer and the accesory is a - polarity and in the remote start directions it says have to use a 180 ohm resister. wonder if i didnt use it for the turbo timer if it would still work ,or damage the unit any help appreciated thanks and spdiesel tech suport sucks will never buy anything from them again, once yu buy thats it they dont bother..

 

Not sure where the resister will be used in the circuit but you can purchase them at Radio Shack for dimes. It should limit voltage (?).
