Trying to plan my mods ( trucks not here yet ) Current truck is 96 12 valve 5 speed. 2004.5 auto on order. Garage full of boxes. Westin wheel to wheel,Putco bed rails, mud flaps, door edge guards, floor mats,aero turbine muffler. TST,DTT trans work,Turbo ??? to follow. Is the stock exhaust stainless I need to know for aero turbine install. thanks

 

No, 4in. aluminized with cat. Just a sugestion, put some miles on that thing before voiding warranty. Be sure to save cat in case of future emmission testing.You also might consider letting rings set before throwing all that extra power, fuel,and boost to it.

 

thanks for the imput, I agree about waiting a while for bombing,to see if I have any warranty issue,.but ase far as break in, Im going to drive it like I stole it. The
more cylinder presure the better the rings will seat.I know everyone will not agree.I read about it and believe it. I will try to post more info on that later today.
