Which is going to be better suited cam for my setup a maxspool 2 or 2.5? Figure i might as well go ahead with a cam while i have the short block out and easy to get at

 

The 2.5 would be your better choice with your particular setup. If you talked to Greg Hogue directly, that is what he would tell you. The only question unanswered here is whether or not you tow heavy (say 10k or up)... if you tow heavy often, then the 2.0 may be the better choice. If you don't tow that often stick with the 2.5.
