18x9 wheels, what backspacing and offset should I choose?
I have 18 X 9 with 5" backspacing I'm running a Kore Recon and 35 X 12.50 Pro Comp Xtreme AT tires. The tire do rub a little but not bad.

Something else to keep in mind . . . with tires that stick out past the fenders, you may start seeing the paint chipping along the bottom of the truck behind the wheels from the gravel, sand and other garbage you pick up on the roads.
I've spent 90% of my time on pavement since getting new wheels with the BFG ATs and they stick out about an inch past the fender. I've recently noticed a number of small chips right behind the fender wells, so one of my next investments will be a good set of fender flares that add about 1" - 1-1/2" of coverage.
Just my two cents.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. I hate fender flares though, but I might change my mind although it would be hard to match them to my light silver paint IMO.
Also, there is some stuff you can spray on there that is a protective coating... When applied it looks like clear coat with real bad orange peel in it. It is pretty tough.

Which flares are those? I'm going to install flares when I install my stuff too - almost exactly the same setup as yours except with Toyo MT's. Do you think a little reshaping with a heat gun prior to painting the flares would help them clear? FWIW, I'm planning on going with Bushwacker flares.

I'm running 325/65R18 tires w/18x9.5 wheels w/4 5/8” BS per Fabtechs recomendation. I had the 4.5" lift with dual shocks and occasional rubbing on one of the rezzies. Now I have the 6" lift with no rubbing.
Good guess, but they are dually wheel spacers I put on for pulls set the front wheels apart farther.
