05 tcc lockup switch

Well, I did the wiring, but I get P0269 which is TCC lockup circuit low. I was reading on the ATS website that they say you have to add an additional 12v to pin#1 on the transmission to keep everything going smoothly. What's weird is when the switch is set to pass-through, it still throws the code, which has me somewhat stumped. Would wire-length have anything to do with it? Anyone done this yet? I cut Pin#7 on the 8-pin black connector, and have both sides of the wire going up to a SPDT switch. The one going to the transmission is in the center of the switch, the left side has a ground, and the opposite side has the side going to the PCM. I am basically grounding the tranny's pin7 one way, and completing pin7 from transmission and pin7 to transmission in the other direction. Both cause the same thing. Anyone have any ideas?

Don't be jealous I ran a 14.7 @ 95mph on 37's while weighing >7780lb with a tranny slipping to hell :P

I ran tonight and had a friend run my truck as well, it looks **** nice running down the track smoking all the way to the end heh. Time for a SPS66 and a tranny, although I might spend all that money on rifles now that the BATFE ban got "expanded" to apply to AK47's and FAL's. I figure 5-6 brand new AK's and 3-4 FAL's in the safe would be a good investment, since no new guns are being brought into the country (or parts) but we'll have to wait the 45 days left to find out, huh.

i went through this problem months ago and no matter who i called and how many different ways i tried it,i still got the limp when usinf the lock up switch.there was a way in which i tapped into 2 wires and hit the switch and it would shift into 3rd and od faster but it would set a limp code when i let off the throttle as well...

I think I figured it out. I went to ATS diesel's website, then their tech pages on how to install their lockup commander, and the only thing I see different is that they actually supply 12v to pin1 on the tranny. Maybe this helps keep the circuit from going low? Also kingD, are you supposed to ground the pin7 from tranny?
