I am not sure if it is a 05 only or some 04.5 but the truck with the plastic intercooler end tanks. will need to watch out because you can blow it apart. On the dyno to day I had one come apart it spit 6 inches of the seal out on the passanger side of the intercooler. The truck was only making about 40psi.

 

I think that piers intercooler is stock on his and he has pushed it to 70+lbs low 60's daily.

 

Well it is somthing to watch out for if you have a plastic intercooler that is put together the same way your raditor is.
