04 dodge 2wd lift kit?
I recently bought a 2004 Cummins 2wd 6 speed. I would really like to do a 3.5 inch lift and 33s. But cant seem to find anyone that has done this or any pics. I find a few 2wd with 6 inch kits which would be an option if I knew for a fact that I could still haul a gooseneck with that much height. My truck currently sits level so I would need sandals and blocks. Anyone with any pictures or advice would be greatly appreciated. What rim size and backspace/ offset works? Can you run stock wheels? How high does it make your tailgate?

Nothing is wrong with it. I would just like to fit a little more aggressive tires under it. But still be able to haul. I work in the oilfield and sometimes lease roads and locations get nasty especially this time of year. I wanted a 4x4 but honestly got way to good of a deal on this truck to pass it up. Paid 7 it has 140k

I don't know whether my experience will help, but I offer it anyway...On my previous 4WD 2003 Dodge 3500 I had only a 2" leveling kit in front...I successfully used 34" 245/70R19.5 tires front and rear with never a rubbing problem...My current truck, another 3rd gen, this time a 2009 2WD Dodge 3500 C&C, has no lift at all, and I still use the same size tires with no rubbing issues and plenty of clearance...Welcome to DTR......Ben

Justin, great deal on that TRUCK.. Show us a pick hitched up,,, I for one, wouldn't put crap on that truck as far as lift,,, get some airbags to keep the rear from sagging to much.
