This may get long. My truck was bought NEW in late 03. Sometime you could nail it, and it would blow smoke. Next time it was a pig. Took it back to the DEALER for poor MPG. Still a pig at bottom end. Added an AFE replacement filter. Didn't matter. Added a BD ext 5 inch. Sounds good, performance still sucks. .....Put on a Quadzilla max mileage. Good for 60HP. Was OK at first, now spotty as hell. Putting a WHISTLER mod on it this week. Not going to make the differance I want, but. All right men, where would you go from here.BTW 86000 miles with stock lift pump.

Why non adjustable? What psi are you seeing? Do you have any gauges monitoring anything?

Not a clue about the PSI. Its still a pig until you start hitting 1800 to 2000. PSI should be no more than 32/35PSI with the elbow I have on now.If it was the lift pump, it sucked from day one....

Well the 03-04 canister mounted lift pumps are notorious for being insuffecient and unreliable. Get that replaced and try a Smarty IMO, it may just be programming. And get you some gauges asap!

Have you taken it back to the dealer or try a different dealer ,because you still have warranty on the engine.
