Kevin

Sorry, not true. They quit making the 47RE and the NV4500 12/31/02. The 03 and 04 HO and SO were still available.

After 1/1/03 the SO/250 got the 48RE and NV5600. The HO/305 got the 48RE and NV5600. The SO and HO went away in 04.5 in favor for the 50 state 325/600.

The early 03 SO got the NV4500, NV5600 and the 47RE. The early HO got the NV5600 only. The later SO and HO got the same trans option. The 325/600 got the same trans option untill 05. In 05 the NV5600 went away for the G56. The 48RE and the G56 and the 5.9 lasted untill 06.5 (early 07) and goes away for the ASIN, 68RFE and 6.7.

They do change that data sheet all the time. I dont even try to keep up with them anymore. Has anyone else noticed that Dodge is big on half year changes? More so since the 03 came out!

Poor house is about right, but I feel like a million dollars when I'm behind the wheel now. Whole package made this a completely different truck. I do believe I'm going to have to atleast do a shift kit to bump up the line pressure and keep a lock down on the convertor, anything over level 2 on the Attitude will slip the convertor after it has locked up. Granted the controller defuels to regain control but I don't want to take any chances. Other than that, lift went smooth, wheels and tires fit perfect and everything is good. Ran a buddy of mine in his Honda Civic Hatch, 14.0 second car and he didn't get past my front fender untill 85mph, I'm satisfied.

Yeah, I calibrated the Edge to my new tire size and ran the 1/4 mile test and came up with 16.0 @ 90 mph, that seems more realistic to me. Do you guys think the shift kit will be enough to get me buy for awhile?

It will help a bit but the converter is still gonna deteriorate running stacked boxes...
