I would have to say my CFM+ manifold. It never made a feelable difference in any way. I think you would have to make a butt load of HP to feel a difference. Fell into the cool add hype with this one!

I see a few members regreting their OFE and not getting a Dual Disk.
Are there any Dual Disk owners out there that regret not getting a OFE?
Are you at the OFE's limits? because we all know there good for 550
I dont know of any benefits other then more holding power.

The OFE is so much nicer to drive than a DD. Easy to get into gear at a stop, nice and quiet, FAST shifts (relatively speaking with a NV5600), easy to back a trailer, no growling from the tranny in 5th gear, no need for a Fluidampr, etc...

i shouldve left it alone.

AEM intake...didnt fit right
superchip flashcrap...what was i thinking
JL speakers in front doors..no difference
QUAD RP/FP gauge...never worked right, im to lazy to contact them(full faith in their customer service though)
Jake...to much money for the amount that i actually "need" it
Muffler delete...should done 5" in the first place
not really a mod, but i really wish i had gotten a 6 speed
i think thats about the bulk of the mistakes

The JL speakers need an aftermarket amp to drive them. The stock system just doesn't have enough juice to keep them happy.

Hmm... first regret was Smarty; because it ended up costing me so much in supporting mods. This forum, which introduced me to smarty which in turn cost me $$$. Smarty made me realize that my Banks six-gun+SL was a real POS.
Before I came here and got the smarty, I was really happy with the Banks. Ignorance is truly bliss... Now that I know better, Banks is really overpriced and underpowered.
I am satisfied with everything else I have done. By far the biggest bang for buck was the smarty.

JL speakers are pretty inefficient-- they are typically around 89dB - 92dB for sensitivity (efficiency). A change of 3db sensitivity represents a doubling of power requirement. So if your stockers are 93dB with 15W feeding them, you'll need at least 30W to feed 90dB speakers to the same volume.
My 30W guitar amp is louder than my 120W home stereo. This is because my home stereo speakers are 93dB sensitivity, but my guitar speaker is 102dB! This means my home stereo would have to be 240W to play as loud.
So give those speaker the power the need to play at the volume you need. QUALITY of amplification matters as much of not more than quantity of power, too. The JLs deserve a better amp.

PLease excuse this slightly OT post:
