Sounds like a defective unit to me. It might be a bad connection at the Juice but since you say there is power I'd bet on defective... give Edge a call. They'll send you out a replacement quick.

Not to start a war BUT you are one of MANY people having problems and issues with the recent EDGE Juice Attitude units.

For my observations it seems as though the OLDER boxes are working better, but since the change of ownership (Mallory bought Edge), QC and customer service has seriously gone downhill.

SORRY....

Um...what are you talking about? Mallory doesn't own Edge. Edge is woned by another investment group but that has nothing to do with customer service or workmanship. The company operates seemlesly. Are you saying that a group of investors si now making the modules and doing the customer service?

Not happy your other thread was removed?

I had an issue with a cracked screen, only 1/4 of it worked.
(DURING TRANSIT pet05, so dont get your hopes up on another case)

They sent me out a new one in less than a week, sent my old unit back.
No problems since...

Your backlight for the lcd probably died. Hit enter on the attitude module to make sure the screen didn't dim somehow. Hitting enter while the guage display is up toggles the brightness of the screen between high, medium and off.

NAW, its the monitor itself, I tried and thought it was the DIM and so I pressed the ENTER button and NO difference

i was thinking, could it be somthing that unhooked itself from the chip that sends info to the monitor. I mean the monitor itself is hooked up and it lights blue and I can ever here it changing through the levels when I press the buttons BUT not readout, BLANK SCREEN

There is only one plug for the attitude monitor. It plugs up right near the box. If it were unplugged, you wouldn't have anything. Depending on how you have the cable run into the cab, it could have been pinched and cut some wires.
